Arrow did a roof spray on sealant on my roof October 8, 2026.  I am extremely impressed with the service I received.  From the sales person to the application person, I've recieved exellent service! Story time: As first-time homebuyers, we were understandably anxious about those unexpected—and potentially costly—home repairs that can pop up immediately after closing. We were also hesitant about using our home warranty because we weren’t sure what to expect from the contractor assigned to us.

Well, it happened. The storms came, the leak started, and panic ensued.
We called American Home Shield, and Corbin and Tommy from Arrow Roofing Services arrived promptly for an initial inspection. Both were extremely personable and patiently answered all our questions. I was particular about how I wanted my options laid out, and Corbin was quick to accommodate my request and walk me through them.

After the agreed-upon work was completed, I raised some concerns about whether the amount billed matched the scope of work actually performed. Corbin took those concerns seriously and escalated them immediately. That alone meant a lot to us—we felt heard rather than brushed aside.
The response was swift—and IN FORCE! Trenton came out to discuss everything with us in person and thoroughly explain the repairs that had been made. He clearly knows his craft, but what stood out just as much was his willingness to take the time to talk everything through.
He didn’t stop there, either. He continued asking about the house and any other problems we were experiencing, and BOOM—he identified a leak around our bay window. 🪟

Yayyyyyyy…more costly repairs, right? Except this time, there was no additional cost.
Trenton immediately put me at ease and explained Arrow’s motto: “people first, money automatic.” Then he backed those words up with action (I believe this is called “standing on business”). He returned the very next day and completely sealed the window at no additional cost to us. He may have gotten some cookies out of the deal, though!

The Arrow team is knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. What sets them apart is how they handled our questions and concerns: they listened, showed up, explained the work, and followed through!

If you or anyone you know or they know or don’t know but are in the general vicinity of…needs roofing or similar home repairs, call Arrow. Give yourself the chance to experience the same peace of mind we now have. 10/10 do recommend—and we’ll absolutely be referring others!
You really should have called them yesterday—just sayin’!

Trent from Arrow Roofing drove approximately 4 hours to get to our house to inspect our roof around the chimney. Rain water had been leaking inside the wall of our bedroom. He went on the roof and did an inspection and found the siding on the chimney had two relatively large holes out of view from the ground. Even though this had nothing to do with Arrow or the work they did Trent fixed the holes at no cost to us. We want all to know that Arrow is a top tier company that stands behind their work, and Trent is a fine representative of the company. He is friendly, knowledgeable, polite, capable. Thank you Arrow and especially Trent for coming all the way up north to fix a problem they weren’t responsible for. I recommend them whole heartedly.
